Many researchers have found that new generation in poverty-stricken areas would not be lifted out of poverty due to malnutrition and poor nurturing. After 2020, poverty does not only reflect in material shortage and less wealth but also in social inequality. By then, it is more possible to be poor in nutrition and health and less human capital investment. To blockade the intergeneration transmission of poverty, we need to pay more attention to the development and the growth of children and focus more on education and health apart from economy and technology.
