Those geographically close poverty stricken areas cover almost half of China which are the key and difficulty of alleviating poverty. We have forged a system of “ instruction by the central government, responsibility by the provincial governments and implementation by the counties”. Although, it has gained much progress but it would face more challenges to tackle this problem in a whole region. Therefore, interregional committee and poverty alleviation cooperation regions should be formed to integrate resources across different regions to eradicate poverty fundamentally.
